What occasions are perfect for a hog roast?

A hog roast provides a versatile feast for any occasion. At first glance you may conclude that a hog roast may not be a good catering decision for your special event because some people don’t eat pork. However, most people enjoy the exquisite taste of a hog roast feast with all the fixings, making a hog roast a popular catering option for your event. For those that don’t there are always substitutes available from hog roast catering companies like The Roasting Pig and others across the UK that will accommodate all dietary requirements for those wanting pork as their primary catering option.

Kambingan ni Mang Ben

Kambingan ni Mang Ben
There’s this famous goat meat restaurant in Sauyo, Novaliches QC, but it’s far from where we live. Me, Natasha and Shelly craved for goat meat yesterday and we don’t want to travel to QC due to trafficophobia—the fear of getting stuck in the Metro Manila traffic. If you love goat meat and you’re craving for it and you live in Manila, then there’s a near, recently opened food shop just along M.Naval street in Navotas called Kambingan ni Mang Ben. Kambingan ni Mang Ben is inspired by Kambingan ni Tsong, according to what I heard from someone who loves goat meat. Both cook goat meat the way that you’re taste buds will crave for more.

I figured even with the extortionate parking fee, I’m still saving money because of the free lunch. Besides, I needed a new pen.

Eat my GF

Don’t believe this sign? Well, you better.

We were headed to Ronac for the release event of the Air Jordan XI when a friend said she wants to try Eat My GF. “For real?” I said. Well, believe it. Yes, there’s actually a food stall who boldly named their business Eat my GF. It sounds nasty and lewd and provocative alright, but GF actually stands for Garlic Fries. Pretty smart, huh? They really know how to get people’s attention!

BonChon UST Takeout
The boyfriend told me that BonChon in the University of Santo Thomas is now open. I didn’t believe him at first because I haven’t read about it online, nobody blogged about it yet, and BonChon UST is not even in BonChon.com (the official website of BonChon Chicken). But he insisted that it’s already open because he saw it with his own eyes!
