Tuna Brocolli ala Jehzlau
March 5th, 2009Yay! I enjoyed doing pacham that’s why I came up again with another original recipe for Patay Gutom! This one is another master piece of a self-proclaimed chef. I don’t know how to cook brocolli that’s why I did something weird. I mixed all the ingredients and spices that appeared in my mind. No, this one has no A1 Steak Sauce. I only added Powdered Onion, Garlic, Oyster Sauce, and Tuna Flakes.

Garlic Fish Steak ala Jehzlau
March 3rd, 2009I would like to present to you one of my original Pacham food recipes. If you’re curious watch Pachman means, it’s simply defined as Pachamba-chamba; a short way of saying Pachamba-chamba. Pacham is also known as Paswerte-swerte, in English, Palucky-lucky. If you’re lucky enough, then your Pacham recipe will taste really good! Here’s a picture of my first perfect cooked Fried Tuna with A1 Steak Sauce and Minced Garlic.
