    Red Ribbon just launched their 2009 holiday cake for this Christmas season called the Santa’s Wish cake. The moist rhumbutter cake with creamy caramel filling and covered in smooth soft icing was inspired by the two most-loved icons of Christmas- Santa Claus and the Christmas Tree.

    Joining the Carnation Family Foodtrip was like going on a field trip. I was able to go at different sites in Taal town and I did have a Carnation-filled lunch at Escuela Pia, a Batangas Heritage site.

  • Grilled Pork Chops Au Poivre at Italianni’s

    I was able to eat one of  Italianni’s House Specialties, which was their Grilled Pork Chops Au Poivre (425PHP). It comprises a pepper crusted pork chop, with a side dish of crispy spinach, rosemary potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Even without the sauce…it really looked delicious.
