Grilled Pork Chops Au Poivre at Italianni’s
I was able to eat one of Italianni’s House Specialties, which was their Grilled Pork Chops Au Poivre (425PHP). It comprises a pepper crusted pork chop, with a side dish of crispy spinach, rosemary potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Even without the sauce…it really looked delicious.

Chicken Bacolod (Market! Market!)
I’ve never been to Bacolod or anywhere near it. I’ve always had an aversion to Inasal also. (A very nasty experience left a disgusting taste in my mouth which up until recently could not be washed out.)
