Chicken & Beer: Best Pairing Ever?
Well, I wouldn’t really know since I only tried the chicken and bbq here in this famed barbeque restaurant and not the beer. 😛 Although I’m pretty sure it’ll be a great combo considering how much I loved the meal I tried at Chicken & Beer, a cozy little restaurant-slash-hangout-place in Burgos Circle.

Every so often there pops out a restaurant which at first glance is full of promise. You see the eye catching buntings, streamers, and flyers, promoting the latest dishes or specialties. Your expectations are set and mind you are set high.

Chicken Bacolod (Market! Market!)
I’ve never been to Bacolod or anywhere near it. I’ve always had an aversion to Inasal also. (A very nasty experience left a disgusting taste in my mouth which up until recently could not be washed out.)

The Sandwich Guy Is My Guy
If you’ve been to McKinley Hill in The Fort, I’m sure you’ll notice the long line of people over at One World Square building. No, they’re not in line to get inside their office, but rather waiting for their turn to get a sandwich over at The Sandwich Guy.
